Andrew’s skills and knowledge primarily comes from his experience as a Physical Training Instructor in the Defence Force where he oversees the conditioning of military personnel and works to have them achieve the expected high standard of physical fitness that they require.

He likes all sorts of physical activity and sports and in particularly enjoys tennis, squash, long distance running and endurance events.

Away from the hustle and bustle of life Andrew likes to relax by venturing out on hikes or heading down to the beach and like most of us he enjoys food, particularly carbs and chocolate.
