Carly has always had a passion for Sport and Recreation. She was previously an Austswim Swim Teacher and an Outdoor Adventure Leader at a local school camp.
Carly’s enthusiasm for fitness has inspired her to follow her passion, and in turn, assist others in achieving their fitness goals. Carly has been a leader of a variety of fitness programs including Personal Training, Strength Training, Bootcamps, Boxercise, Group Training, Swimming instruction and Water Aerobics.
Carly is excited to encourage people, to feel the benefits of regular exercise in order to live their best life.
