Playing sports and being active have always been a passion for Rachele.
Her main background is Gymnastics, which she practiced along with dance and swimming.
After attending University, Rachele completed her studies in Sport and Fitness and began to develop a preference for strength and functionality of training focusing of Kettlebells, TRX and animal flow techniques that enhance body awareness and control.
From here, Rachele specialised in Injury prevention and Management and continued to work on developing functional approaches to training for all ages.
Her aspiration is to help others live a happier and healthier life through exercise, and to make movement and physical activity enjoyable and accessible to all.
