The Teen Gym program gives young people aged 13 to 15 the freedom to train independently in a safe and welcoming environment.
It’s a great way to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits for life. Teens can work out at their own pace, develop good routines, and enjoy access to quality equipment designed to support their fitness journey.
Teen Gym Hours are:
3.30pm - 5pm Monday - Friday
2.30pm - 4pm Weekends and Public Holidays
A pro-rata payment is due at sign-up for Direct Debit.
