Our trainers will help you achieve your goals by keeping you motivated, improving your technical skills, making sure every workout counts, introducing new ways of training, and teaching you new exercises.​​

Personal training helps you to get results quickly.

We offer personal training sessions that are individually tailored to suit your needs. Sessions can be one-on-one or in a group, indoor and/or outdoor, and range from 30 to 60 minutes. See the Fees page for session costs or contact us direct to discuss your options.
