Requesting a change to your Aqua Energy Membership is a simple process that can be completed online.

If you wish to make a variation to your membership (suspend, upgrade or downgrade) please complete the Membership Variation Form.

Any cancellations or variation must be completed and submitted no later than 5.00pm on the Wednesday before payment is due. If not received, your payment will be deducted the next day and your cancellation or variation will be completed on the same day.
