Trainer Bio

Nok has always had a healthy passion for sport and fitness. She started at the age of 9 playing volleyball and is currently an avid tennis player.

Nok’s enthusiasm for fitness has inspired her to follow her passion, and in turn, assist others in achieving their fitness goals. Following the birth of her two children, Nok has been invested in learning more about the mind & body as well as human movement and exercise and how it improves fitness, skills and overall health.

Nok’s training and practice approach prioritises freedom. It’s not about being free from something, but about having the freedom to move better, the freedom to live without injuries or pain, and the freedom to explore our full potential physically, mentally and spiritually.
