Steph has always had a healthy passion for sport and fitness. Since a very young age she was an avid basketball player and competition snow skier.

Steph’s enthusiasm for strength training has fostered a desire to become a personal trainer and help people achieve their goals and feel confident within themselves.

After completing her Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science, Steph is also equipped to help people navigate their way through rehabilitation programs to mainstream gym training.
