Hatha Yoga

A gently strengthening and deeply grounding practice.
This class is guided by a dedicated teacher with years of experience andcontinual training, offering a safe, supportive space for you to explorestrength, balance, and flexibility at your own pace.

In Hatha Yoga, we move with intention and hold postureswith both effort and softness — staying aware of the breath, the body, and thepresent moment. Each posture becomes an opportunity to build stability, releasetension, and cultivate clarity from within.

This practice is wonderful for reducing stress, improving concentration, and finding inner calm. It supports both the body and mind, making it an ideal complement to more dynamic styles of yoga, or a balancing practice for those seeking restoration and steadiness.

All levels are warmly welcome. Variations and options are always offered so you can honour your body and practise in a way that feels right for you.

In the event of last minute class changes or cancellations, Aqua Energy will advise via Facebook or in-house notices.
Please bring a drink bottle, towel and mat when participating in any Group Fitness class.
