RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout which uses simulated climbs and sprints in a workout where you control the intensity.

It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
In the event of last minute class changes or cancellations, Aqua Energy will advise via Facebook or in-house notices.
Please bring a drink bottle, towel and mat when participating in any Group Fitness class.
